These idea is... beautiful! :) Great for Baby Showers or other Baby´s Cellebrations with themes as Ballet, ParÃs, Pink, Fairies, Princess, Fashion, for example.
Just follow this tutu tutorial or fold the tulle and sew it to a nice ribbon. It would be perfect if the tulle cover all the bottom part of the chair and the part were our guests are going to sit.
